We are young Africans building the digital community we wished we grew up with and had, which is accessible, practical, and rooted in our own context.
Digi Skills is a youth led initiative with people who believe digital skills should not be a privilege. We design programs, mentorship and community spaces that meet learners where they are.
WHY WE EXISTOnly 9% of African youth aged 15–24 have basic computer skills. Without intervention, the digital divide will continue to lock millions out of the modern economy. We exist to change that.

A generation of digitally skilled African youth who create opportunities, drive innovation, and contribute to sustainable development.
To provide accessible digital skills education, mentorship and learning opportunities that prepare young people for the evolving digital world.
We build, prototype and reimagine what learning can look like.
We grow faster together, across cohorts, partners and borders.
Programs designed for learners regardless of background or geography.
Skills evolve and so do we. Curiosity is a core competency.
We hand the tools, the voice, and the stage to young people.
Practical bootcamps and short courses that build real-world skills.
One-on-one and group guidance from professionals in tech.
Peer networks, study groups and a space to keep building.
Working with schools, orgs and sponsors to expand reach.

Over the next decade, we are building a permanent home for African digital learning — a hub for AI, web development and youth-led innovation, with physical and virtual spaces across the continent.
